We'd like to enhance the future of Cannabis

TerraCann provides turn-key solutions for cannabis licensed producers and Micro-Growers, including real estate, consulting and support. We currently have real estate available in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario.

There is a significant shortage of medical and recreational cannabis both domestically and internationally.

In May 2019, Health Canada announced that those seeking licenses to grow must now have a fully built out facility that meet all cannabis regulations before they apply. This created a significant barrier to entry for many small to medium-sized growers.

Why Micro Cultivation

Micro Cultivation is a special cultivation license aimed at “craft” and smaller scale cultivation operations. The Micro Cultivation license permits 200 square metres (approximately 2,152 square feet) of total cultivation space. The process and requirements for obtaining a Micro Cultivation license are far less onerous and costly than a Standard Cultivation license. This makes Micro Cultivation an accessible entry point for small business and entrepreneurs into the cannabis cultivation business.
