State-of-the-art System

1. MULTI-TIER GROW RACKS

We recommend vertical cultivation by using multi-tier mobile grow racks to optimize space utilization and maximize yields and profits. By creating more grow area in the same space, mobile vertical grow systems give plants room to breathe and better access to light without sacrificing yield.

2. LED LIGHTING

We also recommend interested growers to use LED lighting for a number of reasons:

LED lights are energy-efficient. They use less electricity and will cost much less to operate in the long-run.
LEDs produce a lot less heat compared to other lights, which can be a big advantage as you won’t require extra cooling systems in your grow room to keep temperatures optimal.
LEDs produce less heat, which means less stress on your plants—so you can move your lights closer to your plants without any negative effects. Higher light intensity translates to higher yields.
Using LED lights lowers the the amount of time you need to water and feed nutrients to the plants, thus reducing cost per plant and increase profits.

Our existing building is 19,200 sq. ft. with a future expansion potential of 12,000 sq. ft. TerraCann Limited Partnership I will invest in “Bay1” which has a footprint of 4,400 sq. ft. and contains 200 m2 (2,152 sq. ft.) of cultivation space which is expected to produce between 690 and 1,380 pounds per year over 5 harvest cycles, for total projected gross revenues between $0.73 million and $2.30 million annually.
